What information we collect
When you place an order via WhatsApp: clicking "Order on WhatsApp" on a product logs that a click happened for that product (for our own inventory and demand tracking), and opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Any name, phone number, or delivery address you then share happens inside WhatsApp itself, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms — not something this website collects or stores directly, beyond an internal record that an order was requested for a given product.
We do not currently have customer accounts, on-site checkout, on-site payment processing, or a newsletter signup. We don't collect passwords, payment card details, or ID numbers from visitors.
Admin access: staff who manage this website log in with an email and password. This is for internal business operation, not customer data collection.
Cookies and similar technology
This site does not currently use cookies for advertising or analytics tracking. See our Cookie Policy for the full, current picture — including the small amount of local browser storage used only for staff login, and the third-party services (Google Fonts, Google Maps) that load as part of the page.
Third-party services
Our Contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading that map sends your IP address and standard browser information to Google, under Google's own privacy policy — this happens regardless of whether you interact with the map. We also load web fonts from Google Fonts, which works the same way.
How we use information
Order-click logs help us track demand and manage stock. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
